Irina is a transactional attorney whose practice is focused on business law, specifically for restaurants and food and beverage manufacturers. Irina’s clientele is mainly made up of Latin owned businesses, given her background and the community that she’s in. She is skilled at understanding her client’s needs and guiding them through the U.S. legal system.
Irina encourages clients to take a proactive legal approach in the operation of their business. She handles business formation and organization; start-up funding; business and asset purchase negotiations; brand trademark registrations and licensing; commercial lease drafting and negotiating; and drafting employment, management, and consulting agreements.
