Marlo is a corporate and business lawyer. Her areas of concentration include business organizations, taxation, corporate governance, securities and franchise law (registration, disclosure, and compliance), mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and international business commercial transactions. Her experience includes three years with the Securities Division of the Washington Department of Financial Institutions, where she served as a Securities Enforcement Attorney.
Marlo is also currently Chair Elect of the Business Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association, and Chair of the Board of Directors for the World Trade Center of Tacoma.
