Practice
Greg’s practice is focused on providing counsel to clients in the hospitality industry. He primarily advises hotel, restaurant, retail, and nightclub owners and operators in connection with general corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, leasing, vendor and customer contracts, managing financial distress and bankruptcy, employment matters, disputes, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, licensing, ADA issues, and data privacy. In this role, Greg serves as a trusted legal advisor and the first point of contact.
Prior to Sandman Savrann, Greg was a corporate bankruptcy and restructuring attorney for White & Case LLP in its Miami office. Greg represented companies, lenders, funds, institutions, and other stakeholders in a variety of corporate, financing, and restructuring matters, including chapter 11 and chapter 15 cases. Subsequently, Greg served as counsel to Ten Oaks Group, a family office that invests in corporate divestitures. Greg served as general counsel to numerous of their portfolio companies involved in the manufacturing, logistics, and software space.
Greg graduated with a JD/MBA cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center and Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Florida, with a minor in international relations.
Greg works primarily in Miami, Florida and serves Sandman Savrann’s clients regionally and nationally.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and friends and plays tennis and padel.
