We have organized the Northeast Hospitality Investment Forum (NEHIF). NEHIF is a who’s who for hotel investors, developers, brand owners and management companies who have a presence in the Northeast or want to establish one.
What is the NEHIF?
The NEHIF is modeled after the Northwest Hospitality Investment Forum (NHIF™) launched by our firm in 2011. Like NHIF, NEHIF is an invitation-only, semi-annual event for principals and executives of hotel owners, brands, management companies, developers, investors, and lenders, all of whom are valuable contacts for hotel development, investment, and portfolio expansion. NHIF is compact and exclusive, with attendance limited to a size that encourages relationship development.
NEHIF’s stated purpose is straightforward. It is a place where:
- Stakeholders learn about trends affecting hotel investment, ownership and development;
- Equity, debt, management and developers find each other;
- Stakeholders learn about opportunities in the region and elsewhere; and
- Investors, owners and developers who are new to hotels make industry connections.
The NEHIF January 2020 Meeting
The 4th Northeast Hotel Investment Forum will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at the Revere Hotel Boston Common.
