For more than 40 years, Jim has advised clients in business, employment, real estate, and construction law. He represents a wide range of industries, including hospitality, restaurants,
construction, real estate, financial services and professional services. Jim regularly counsels businesses on partnership and corporate matters, employment agreements, non-competes,
severance packages, and complex shareholder and business disputes. His practice also includes bank workouts and lender liability matters, as well as real estate development, financing and litigation. Jim has deep experience representing developers and property owners, and frequently assists with buying, selling, and financing businesses.
