Northwest Hotel Investment Forum announces hotel equity and ownership panel for its fall 2022 meeting

Seattle, WA (September 2, 2022) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) today announced that its centerpiece program for its October 20, 2022, meeting will be “Hotel Equity and Ownership in the Mercurial, Post-Pandemic World.“
The panel will include senior and C-suite executives from four, nationally-recognized, hotel development, ownership, and investment companies. The panelists are Rob Dann (Chief Operating Officer, Select Division, Highgate Hotels), Jeff Dauray (Co-Chief Investment Officer, RLJ Lodging Trust), Mark Fraioli (Managing Director, Mission Hill Hospitality), and Stuart Turner (Managing Director-Hotels, Barings LLC). Emmy Hise (Director of Hospitality Analytics, CoStar) and Mark Lukens (Managing Director, LW Hospitality Advisors) will also participate in the meeting’s program and provide information, forecasts, and analysis on hotel performance and transactions.
The program and panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann PLLC, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry.
NHIF is an invitation-only, semi-annual forum for principals and executives of hotel owners, brands, management companies, developers, investors, and lenders.
