Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces “Repositioning A Hotel For Success” Program For Its Spring 2017 Meeting

Seattle, WA (March 7, 2017) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) announced today that its centerpiece program for its April 20, 2017, meeting will be “Repositioning a Hotel for Success.” The panel will include four highly-regarded principals and executives in the industry.
The panelists are Willy Geiler (EVP Development & Acquisitions, Highgate Hotels), Sajan Hansji (President and Founder, J Street Hospitality), Paul Novak (Executive Director Lodging Acquisitions, Whitman Peterson), and Kirby Payne (president, HVS Asset Management and HVS Hotel Management—Newport). Joseph Rael (Director of Financial Performance, STR) and Mark Lukens (Managing director, LW Hospitality Advisors) will also participate in the meeting’s program and provide information, forecasts, and analysis on hotel performance, sales, and investment parameters. The program and panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry.
The program’s topic is of particular interest in the current environment, in which values are flattening and opportunities for hotel investments with good returns are becoming scarcer.
