Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces “New Hotel Development” Panel For Its Spring 2015 Meeting

Seattle, WA (February 19, 2015) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) today announced its centerpiece program for its April 16, 2015, meeting will be “New Hotel Development.” Two highly-capable hotel developers will discuss unique challenges in recent, new-build projects and how the challenges were overcome. They will be joined by a hotel-industry finance veteran who will share insights about how new-development projects are currently being financed and structured.
The panelists are Robert Olson (Founder and CEO of R.D. Olson Development), Gregory Steinhauer (President, American Life, Inc.), and Gregory O’Stean (Senior Vice President, Piper Jaffray & Co.). The panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry. Mark Lukens of HREC, a national hotel real estate brokerage and consultancy firm, will also participate in the meeting’s program.
NHIF is an invitation-only, semi-annual forum for executives and principals of hotel investors, owners, lenders, developers, and management companies. Its purposes are to provide a select-group setting for high-level industry discussions and to help spur hotel acquisitions, development, investment partnerships, and growth.
