Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces its Spring Meeting Program, “The Smart Money: What Large-Portfolio Hotel Owners Are Thinking and Doing in The Current Environment”
Seattle, WA (Thursday, February 28, 2019) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) announced today that its centerpiece program for its April 4, 2019, meeting will be “The Smart Money: What Large-Portfolio Hotel Owners are Thinking and Doing in the Current Environment.” Top executives from three of the country’s most significant, influential, and well-informed portfolio owners will discuss their views and strategies on the business cycle, industry environment and disruptions, pricing, and decisions-making for buying, selling, holding, and building hotels.
The panelists are Ben Brunt (Principal and EVP Acquisitions & Development, Noble Investment Group), Jeffrey Dauray (Co-Chief Investment Officer, RLJ Lodging Trust), and Jonathan Stanner (EVP, CCFO and Treasurer, Summit Hotel Properties). Hannah Smith (Consultant, STR) and Mark Lukens (Managing Director, LW Hospitality Advisors) will also participate in the meeting’s program and provide information, forecasts, and analysis on hotel transactions and performance. The program and panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry.
NHIF is an invitation-only, semi-annual forum for principals and executives of hotel owners, brands, management companies, developers, investors, and lenders.
