Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces “Hotel Brands for Millennials” Panel for its Fall 2014 Meeting
NORTHWEST HOTEL INVESTMENT FORUM ANNOUNCES “HOTEL BRANDS FOR MILLENNIALS” PANEL FOR ITS FALL 2014 MEETING

Seattle, WA (September 18, 2014) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) today announced its centerpiece program for its November 13, 2014, meeting will be “Hotel Brands for Millennials.” Senior executives from six national hotel companies will present and discuss their brands for Millennials–hotel brands conceived to capture affluent young travelers by emphasing style and design. The panelists will detail what these brands offer to both guests and investors and will discuss the development opportunities they present. Carlson Rezidor (Radisson Red brand), Hard Rock Hotels, Hilton Worldwide (Curio brand), InterContinental Hotels Group (Even brand), Marriott International (AC and Moxy brands), and Starwood Hotels & Resorts (aloft brand) will be represented on the panel.
The panelists are Stephen Dietrich (Carlson Rezidor), Todd Hricko (Hard Rock Hotels), Gary Steffen (Hilton Worldwide), Bobby Molinary (IHG), Toni Stoeckl (Marriott International), and Tiffany Cooper (Starwood Hotels & Resorts). The panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry. Mark Lukens of HREC, a national hotel real estate brokerage and consultancy firm, will also participate in the meeting’s program.
NHIF is an invitation-only, semi-annual forum for executives and principals of hotel investors, owners, lenders, developers, and management companies. Its purposes are to provide a select-group setting for high-level industry discussions and to help spur hotel acquisitions, development, investment partnerships, and growth.
