TLC – Sandman Savrann Golf Classic 2016
THE 2016 LODGING CONFERENCE BEGINS ONCE AGAIN WITH THE TLC-SANDMAN SAVRANN GOLF CLASSIC

The Sandman Savrann PLLC team, together with The Lodging Conference, invite you to join us in Phoenix at the official kickoff event of the 2016 Lodging Conference: The TLC-SANDMAN SAVRANN GOLF CLASSIC. This is the sixth year of Sandman Savrann’s title sponsorship.
The event will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016. We are excited to hold the event at a new venue this year: the spectacular Wildfire Golf Club at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, just 22 minutes from the Biltmore hotel. We will play Wildfire’s Palmer Signature Course, a stunning layout set amidst surrounding mountains that provide a stunning backdrop for a terrain laced with meandering, picturesque arroyos, century-old saguaro cactus, and ironwood, paloverde and mesquite trees. Our scramble format, shotgun start tournament begins at 8:00 a.m. You will have plenty of time to play golf, network, see the winners announced, relax by the Biltmore pool, and arrive comfortably at the conference’s opening cocktail reception.
The TLC – Sandman Savrann perpetual trophy will again be engraved with the names of the new champions, and we will have a full range of awards and prizes.
As you’ve come to expect, the experience will be first class and super-fun, including:
- Transportation to the course
- Continental breakfast
- Lunch
- Open bar beverages on the course
- Individual and team prizes
- Post-tournament cocktails and awards ceremony
- Transportation back to the Biltmore
Tournament Fee. $195 (includes transportation, continental breakfast, greens fees, cart rental, continental breakfast, lunch, drinks, cocktails and awards ceremony).
Upgrade to a Hole Sponsor. You can capture great exposure for your company by becoming a Golf Hole Sponsor. For a $300 sponsorship fee, you will receive:
- A sign bearing your logo on one of the course’s tee boxes. You’ll also have the opportunity to create any other presence or branding at that tee box (subject to just a little review).
- Your brand on a sponsorship banner at the event.
- Recognition at the awards ceremony. Your company will be identified and your representative(s) will be asked to stand up and receive a round of applause.
The proceeds of the hole sponsorships go right back out to the participants for awards, prizes and raffle items. The event “gives back” to the conference attendees, and our objective is put these procees back into the event to continue to enhance it. For additional information, email isandman@sandsav.com.
Registration. The tournament is open to registered conference participants only.
