Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces “Hotel Equity” Panel for its Fall 2012 Meeting

Seattle, WA (October 1, 2012) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) announced its centerpiece program for its November 8, 2012 meeting will be “Hotel Equity.” Executives from equity investment companies will discuss their objectives, geographic and segment targets, brand preferences, return parameters, and other expectations. The panel will also provide an investment banker’s perspective on current capital markets.
The panelists will include Ryan Cotton (Principal, Bain Capital), Jack vanHartesvelt (Director of Hospitality Platform, A&M Capital Real Estate), and Stephen Duffy (Managing Director, Moss Adams Capital). The panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry. Mark Lukens of HREC, a national hotel real estate brokerage and consultancy firm, will also participate in the meeting’s programs.
NHIF is a semi-annual forum for executives and principals of hotel investors, owners, lenders, developers, and management companies. Its purposes are to provide a select-group setting for high-level industry discussions and to help spur hotel acquisitions, development, investment partnerships, and growth.??
