Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces “Buy, Sell, Hold, or Develop” Program for its Spring 2016 Meeting

Seattle, WA (March 16, 2016) – The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) announced today that its centerpiece program for its April 21, 2016, meeting will be “Buy, Sell, Hold, or Develop?” The panel will include three, recognized and highly-regarded CEOs in the industry.
The panelists are Navin Dimond (President and CEO of Stonebridge Companies), Walter Isenberg (President and CEO of Sage Hospitality), and James Merkel (CEO of Rockbridge Capital). Carter Wilson (Manager, STR Analytics) and Mark Lukens (LW Hospitality Advisors) will also participate in the meeting’s program and provide information, forecasts, and analysis on hotel performance, sales, and investment parameters. The program and panel will be moderated by Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry.
The program’s topic is of particular interest to industry stakeholders in the current environment, with the disconnect between Wall Street valuations and industry forecasts, the advent and growth of some new industry disruptors, and a perceived peak in hotel real estate values.
