Agenda Day 4: Saturday February 28, 2015

The Conference officially ends. But there is more…
Ski the Canyons, Deer Valley or Park City Mountain (discounts may be available based on the number of skiers).  Other events may be planned including a side trip to Snowbird or Alta (snowmobiling, zip Lines, snow shoeing, spa, scuba certification at Zermatt Resort, etc.).

We are an exclusive group and now that we are in our third year—the word is out!  Our numbers continue to grow, but to keep it intimate, space will be limited.  And this is the hospitality industry—if we’re going to go skiing and snowboarding together, we need to do it in style and with great opportunities to talk laugh and enjoy!  This is a couple friendly event and we strongly encourage the participation of your significant other.

  • Three nights of slope-side, four-star accommodations at the Grand Summit Hotel and Resort, with discounted conference rates of $359 for a one bedroom suite ($430.38 inclusive of taxes and resort fees).
  • Welcome party at Murdock’s
  • On mountain lunch at the Tombstone Yurt
  • Full breakfast each day
  • Hosted dinner at the Lookout Cabin
  • Après ski activities
  • Lunch at Red Tail Grill
  • Oktoberfest at the Umbrella Bar
  • Ski concierge services and discounted rentals and group lessons
  • Two days lift tickets
  • Networking with industry friends over three spectacular days in an alpine environment
  • Free Valet Parking
  • Additional events may be added check our webpage

The Grand Summit Hotel is a slope-side, ski-in and ski-out four diamond hotel with 358 rooms, heated outdoor pool, full service spa and health club.  Rooms at the Grand Summit Hotel are very limited.  We suggest booking early to ensure a place in the room block.  When you call the Hotel say you are with the Powder Summit. The Hotel reservation number is (888) 226-9667.
Late registrants may be housed at the Silverado Lodge subject to availability. The Silverado is also at the Canyons but is not slope side.
If you are staying at the hotel, then the event Registration Fee will be collected by the hotel when you make your room reservation.  Russ Savrann will be collecting the fee for attendees not staying at the Hotel.   When you call the Hotel, say you are with the Powder Summit.  The Hotel reservation number is (888) 226-9667.
Some of you live in Park City or have alternate housing options.  In order to maintain intimacy, the conference has a cap on the number of attendees—please register early or you may not be able to participate in the dinner or other activities.
Hang out – come early or stay late.  The Grand Summit will offer the conference rate for three days prior to the event and for three days after the event subject to availability.
Parking is now offered complimentary at all Lodges.
Discounted rentals
Discounted group  lessons are available for hotel guests.
Attendees will be advised of any change to the agenda by email or at the event. The resort has reserved the right to reschedule the mountain top dinner if there is seriously bad weather such that they can not run the gondola safely. In the remote event of a late February blizzard with high winds the event may be rescheduled to Friday night or an alternative venue will be provided.
