Look for events by our sponsors – details to follow.
Although we will miss Easy Street (Gemstone is taking good care of Scooter at the Mosaic in Hollywood), we have a very special event planned at the Lookout Cabin. At 8,500 feet we will enjoy cocktails and cuisine at our private venue. Dress warmly! Access to the restaurant is by the gondola outside our hotel. Once we reach the top of the Gondola, expect a 10 minute ride further up the mountain to the restaurant in a sleigh pulled by a groomer.

Go back to your favorite spots or explore new areas at the Canyons. As one of the largest ski resorts in the country, there are always new glades, bowls and slopes to try.
Meet at the Farm Restaurant at the hotel. Known for its farm to table cuisine, we can enjoy dining at the base while overlooking the slopes and view the Sprint U.S. Grand Prix - Snowboardcross and Skicross (U.S. Championships).

Enjoy the spa and pool at the Grand Summit Hotel.
Dinner and Entertainment
Start the evening by lifting a stein with us at the Wasatch Brew Pub & Brewery in downtown Park City. Wasatch is a craft brewery with unique and wholesome beverages and pub food at the top of Main Street. www.wasatchbeers.com

The Conference officially ends. But there is more…
Watch the professional ski races right outside the hotel! Bring a cow bell
Ski the Canyons, Deer Valley or Park City Mountain (discounts may be available based on the number of skiers). Other events may be planned (snowmobiling, zip Lines, snow shoeing, spa, scuba certification at Zermatt Resort, etc.).
We have also organized a special back country snowcat trip for advanced powder skiers on Saturday, March 2, with Park City Powder Cats & Heli-Ski. http://pccats.com/about-the-company/. Space is limited and there is an additional cost. (Email or call Russ (203) 653-2820 or Irv (206) 686-0802 for more details.)
We are an exclusive group and now that we are in our third year—the word is out! Our numbers continue to grow, but to keep it intimate, space will be limited. And this is the hospitality industry—if we’re going to go skiing and snowboarding together, we need to do it in style and with great opportunities to talk laugh and enjoy! This is a couple friendly event and we strongly encourage the participation of your significant other.

Due to the professional ski races the venue for lunch on Friday may be moved. Attendees will be advised of any change by email or at the event. The resort has reserved the right to reschedule the mountain top dinner if there is seriously bad weather such that they can not run the gondola safely. In the remote event of a late February blizzard with high winds the event may be rescheduled to Friday night or an alternative venue will be provided.
