Thomas Klein, President and Chief Operating Officer, Canyon Ranch (Tucson, AZ). Tom directs all operational aspects of the company businesses, overseeing operations of all brand extensions of Canyon Ranch. He is responsible for overall fiscal operating and planning, managing owner relations, and providing strategic input on new development opportunities.
