Bret is an accomplished executive and attorney with extensive experience and expertise in franchise, corporate, and real estate law. He represents clients in all aspects of: franchise disclosure documents and agreements; franchise relations; business and financing transactions; corporate representation and formation; mergers and acquisitions, contracts; employment issues; alternative dispute resolution; general corporate law and real estate law including lending, leasing, acquisition, development and landlord/tenant issues. Prior to forming Warshawsky Law Group, PLLC in 2013, Bret took a non-traditional route in his legal career. He has extensive in-house counsel experience including time at Swift Transportation, National Developers Group of Companies as well as two nationally franchised restaurant companies. He also practiced real estate and corporate law at Chester and Shein, P.C.
